Can my order be prioritized for delivery?

We have our own fleet of delivery vehicles and utilize third-party couriers daily.


When we use our own fleet in-and-around Gauteng, it might be possible to arrange a time and date for delivery – please contact us if needed.


When it comes to our 3rd party couriers, we are unable to guarantee their delivery schedules. 


The courier's timeline is entirely independent of Plumb-it, and as a result, we unfortunately cannot make promises regarding the prioritization of your stock delivery. 


For real-time tracking of your courier order, please utilize the waybill number provided by our logistics department. 


This will enable you to stay updated on the status and location of your delivery.
