Special Delivery Instructions and Arrangements

If you have special delivery instructions please take note:

 

  • When we use our own fleet ( usually Gauteng ) to deliver your parcel, we can arrange special delivery instructions – please contact your sales representative.

 

  • When we use 3rd party couriers to deliver your parcel, we, unfortunately, cannot execute any specific delivery instructions once your parcel has been handed over to the 3rd party courier.

 


To ensure a smooth and successful delivery, we kindly request that you make any special delivery instructions directly with the courier service as soon as you receive the waybill details, as the process is completely out of our control.


Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated, as it will help prevent any potential delivery issues and ensure that your package reaches you without delay. 


Our 3rd party couriers are well-equipped and able to handle your request.
