When can I expect delivery if Plumb-it currently do not have a product in-stock?

When stock is not available at our Centurion Warehouse, the stock will need to be pulled from one of our External Warehouses or confirmed and ordered from the relevant Supplier Warehouse.


  • The lead-time will be between 1 - 5 working days depending on the Manufacturer / Supplier’s warehouse location.


  • In case the Manufacturer / Supplier does not have the stock available in the country, the stock would need to be brought in either by sea freight or air freight.


Air freights provisional lead times differ from 2 – 3 weeks up to 4 – 6 weeks depending on delays.


Sea freight provisional lead times differ from 2 – 3 Months up to 4 – 6 Months depending on delays.


Your sales consultant will confirm the Lead-Time.
