I have a faulty product, what do I do?

All our products carry a manufacturer/supplier’s warranty, when a customer reports an issue we immediately log a claim or service call with the manufacturer/supplier.  

Please take note that the manufacturer/supplier carries the warranty and will be in contact with you to inspect the product on-site.

Please send the following information as soon as possible to enable us to assist you promptly.

  • Contact person details
  • Address where the product is installed.
  • Product details. 
  • Image of product/issue. 
  • Invoice details. 
  • Detailed description of the issue.

The manufacturer/supplier must inspect the product where it is installed, on-site.

Please do not return a product to our warehouse before the manufacturer/supplier has inspected the product where it is installed.

Plumb-it will facilitate and track the process on your behalf to ensure the issue is resolved as soon as possible.
