When we use our own fleet to deliver your parcel - a Damaged upon Delivery claim will be processed in the same day or up to 3 days.
When a 3rd Party Courier handles the delivery a Damaged upon Delivery claim can take a day-or-two, or up to 6x weeks to be investigated and processed depending on the circumstances. Plumb-it will immediately act on our customer's behalf and resolve the matter asap.
