What do I do when I receive my order and it is incomplete / products are missing?

When you receive an order, please inspect your parcel immediately to make sure that it is complete. If any items are missing, please note it on the waybill/ invoice and send an email to the sales consultant who assisted you with your order with the following details in the mail:


1.        What products are missing from the order.

2.        When you received the parcel.

3.        Your invoice number. 


Your consultant will promptly investigate the reason for the missing item and revert back to you.


Please Take Note - if you do not note damages and shortages on the waybill or delivery note upon receipt, the 3rd part couriers and insurers will unfortunately not entertain any claims.
