What do I do when I receive my package and some of the products are Damaged?

Unfortunately, accidents happen, and when they do we want to assist immediately!


To validate a claim, and for insurance purposes, all shortages and/or damages should be noted on the waybill / Invoice upon receiving the goods and immediately reported via email. 


Please Take Note - if you do not note damages and shortages on the waybill or delivery note upon receipt, the 3rd party Couriers and Insurers will unfortunately not entertain any claims.
