I want to Return a product, why a handling fee?

• Due to the nature - size/weight/packaging of our products, the shipping cost to-and-from and all the administration and labor involved, we unfortunately have to charge a handling fee to minimize our loss.
• Our suppliers charge us a handling fee ( in some cases up to 20% ).
• More than often the 15 % fee does not even cover the cost involved in returning a product. 

That said we will gladly return any products that comply with our Returns Policy.
